This was a beautiful renovation project that involved many internal alterations to create the perfect entertaining space for our clients. This project included
- Removing the supporting wall between the kitchen and dinning room. Inserting a steel beam to ensure building regulation compliance.
- Bricking up and replacing the garage door for a large window to maximise light.
- Building internal walls to divide the space into a new playroom, utility and WC.
- All plumbing and electrics were completed by the Graline team and included a concealed media centre in the living room to give a sleek minimalistic look.
- Building a bespoke fire place in the living room, integrated with the media centre, to create a warmer and more inviting space to relax.
- Installed a bespoke kitchen including all of the plumbing and electrical appliances.
Overall this was a fantastic renovation that really made a difference to the way our clients use their space.
